If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days with a receipt, and your money will be returned or a comparable exchange can be made. All special order or custom items are FINAL SALE. Custom orders are made especially for you, per your instructions. Please make sure you give accurate information, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these pieces.
(Returned items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear.)
All of our handmade products are quality tested and you can be assured of their excellent craftsmanship. However, if an item breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, call or email us immediately. At our discretion, we will repair or replace it free of charge. After the warranty period has expired, we will be happy to repair items for a small fee based on materials, labor and shipping.
Silver can oxidize over time, so we recommend a soft silver cleaning cloth to polish your jewelry. Brilliant Designs are handmade with semi-precious stones and crystals that are very delicate, so clean with care.
